McLaren P1 GTR ready to track


McLaren might be the first racing car maker, but it has also been known as a great supercar makers over the decades. This time in Geneva, they bring something in between the two types, namely a car has both characteristics.

McLaren P1 presents new GTR, and it has made an appearance in person at the Geneva Motor Show today. P1 McLaren GTR is designed based on hybrid hypercar million dollar McLaren P1, but specifically tuned for the track. In the short story, the McLaren P1 GTR was created specifically for fans of the moneyed as their toys in a closed circuit.

For providing us specifically for the track, the engineers at Woking has increased engine output 3.8 liter twin-turbo V8 hybrid from 903 horsepower (which supposedly inadequate) to 986. They also reduce excess body weight of 110 pounds, lowered suspension and aerodynamic tuning package McLaren P1 original.

McLaren 675LT using a 3.8L turbo Twin engine with 675 hp


Last January, McLaren has revealed the name of their latest product which will be on display at the Geneva Motor Show 2015 that will take place in March.

Naming this new model as McLaren 675LT (Longtail), was described as "machinery lightest, fastest and most authentic version of the chain".

McLaren 675LT capable of dissipating up to 675 hp and a maximum torque of 700 Nm results matching engine twin-turbo 3.8-liter, 25 hp and 22 Nm more powerful than the model 650S Coupe

Even McLaren machinery is also only weighs 1,230 kg after successful line engineers 'get rid of' weight of 100 kg. With this weight reduction allows 675LT driven from 0-100 km / h in just 2.9 seconds!

675LT is available in four new colors namely Grey Chicane, Delta Red, White and Napier Silica Green, apart Heritage McLaren Orange.

At the cabin, looks bucket seats with lightweight carbon fiber material wrapped in Alcantara leather with logo "675LT 'on the headrests. McLaren also connect the air conditioning controls on the touch screen entertainment system.

McLaren has confirmed this 675LT machinery will be officially unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show on 3 March.

McLaren 675LT will be launched in Geneva


McLaren have a special presentation for the 2015 Geneva Motor Show. British sports car maker has already confirmed the emergence of P1 GTR supercar production version (for trucks only), and now the company is adding about 675LT in the list debut with a brief teaser video below.

Two of the largest items on the latest McLaren along with its name. 675 refers to the power of the unit PS, which is equal to 666 horsepower in a unit of measurement that we know. That is a boost of 25 horsepower over the standard McLaren 650S. LT at the end of the name means longtail, and is an allusion to the F1 GTR Longtail famous with more aggressive bodywork in F1.

McLaren has been teasing the world by showing a more powerful version of this (picture below), but it is not easy to recognize all the extra performance of its components. Whatever, this brand promises to be a supercar 675LT "the lightest, fastest, and most authentic version in the car line." This coupe models benefit from tuned to improve aerodynamic downforce, low weight and improvements to the involvement driver. Delivery to the buyer is expected to start by the end of this year.
