Nissan X-Trail Hybrid launched - 2.0L engine with an electric motor
Nissan introduced a hybrid version of the Nissan X-Trail crossover in Japan that will be made available beginning 13 May.
X-Trail Hybrid is equipped with four-cylinder engine 2.0-liter affiliated with a motor of electrical, lithium-ion battery pack and transmission Xtronic. Conventional engine produces 147 kusadakuda at 6,000rpm and 207 Nm of torque at 4,400rpm, while the electric motor generates 41 horsepower and 160 Nm of torque immediately.
Compared with normal X-Trail model, this hybrid model produces 75% less NOx and MHC (non-methane hydrocarbons) and fuel consumption is 20.6 km / L (or 4.8 liters for 100 km).
This model has its system "Forward Emergency Braking" which is offered as a standard feature for all models Nissan (JDM-spec Japanese market only) starting this autumn. Other changes compared with normal X-Trail model includes Regenerative braking system, aerodynamically-optimized floor, Around View Monitor with Intelligent Parking Assist and others.
A JDM model (for the Japanese market only), Nissan X-Trail model Hybrid is offered with a starting price 2,804,760 JPY (RM85k) for the two wheel drive variant up to 3,240,000 JPY (RM98k) for 4WD model variants.
