The world's automotive industry is now showing the production of new engines that are more efficient, and this includes downsizing engines and also the addition of a turbo system. This has to be done by Kia with the development of a new engine 1.0-liter T-GDI, which will make its debut at the Geneva Motor Show.

Engine 1.0-liter T-GDI (Gasoline Direct Injection Turbo) is a 3-cylinder engine that is powered by a turbo system. This engine is capable of 118HP and 172Nm menghemburkan up torque is more than enough to provide a comfortable driving experience, engine-powered, and the best fuel economy, especially for the small car segment.

The first engine will be used in cars to replace the Kia Cee'd GT 1.6 T-GDI engine currently used in the model. Kia also said that other models from Kia also will use this small engine to replace their old engines that are larger in size.
