At first glance the name Honda Civic Type R undoubtedly many who imagine a soulless machine speed! This is the message which tries submitted by producers from Japan, which currently produces the Civic Type R 4th generation and comes with a turbocharged system for the first time.
Civic Type R production version will make its debut at the Geneva Motor Show in March 2015. This time Honda has released some teaser images showing little external and internal appearance of the production version of the car.
The instrument cluster shown above confirms the existence of a button + R which gives the car a pulse of high-powered cars. For the first time the production of Honda Civic Type-R has a red line under 8,000 RPM as it will come with a 2.0-liter turbocharged engine VTEC.
Still no final word on how the output of the car, but Honda has confirmed this production version will come in between 280hp to 320hp. However, with this teaser image production, Honda has confirmed that this car is capable of reaching speeds of up to 270km / h!
With the increase horsepower in the car, the Civic Type R will come with a more aerodynamic design to provide downward thrust force (downforce) is better for maintaining the car on the road. This is to enhance stability in the car when driving aggressively done by the driver.
The car will come with 4 piston Brembo brake system and using cross-drilled brake discs 350mm to accommodate the amount of power generated by the pulse. It also comes with 19-inch wheels wearing black and red color similar to the concept model.
Champion White color is retained as the iconic color for the Civic Type R is the same as the previous generation 3.
