Bultaco is back with electric offroad bikes

Decades ago, a Spanish Bultaco motorcycle brand is among the leaders offroad bike builder, especially for testing and first-first motocross competition. However, a Japanese competitor eventually took place Bultaco. Now, the brand is expecting to give birth again in the electric bicycle market in Europe with models such as the recently launched Rapitan and coming model, Brinco.

Bultaco called Brinco "Moto-Bike", which is a classic bike pedal and assisted by several additional power source. On this bike, its power comes from an electric motor mounted on the rear wheel hub that produces maximum horsepower 4 (3 kilowatt) and 44 pound-feet of torque. Kausanya source comes from a lithium-ion battery 1KWj mounted on the frame. Overall inventories give Brinco mileage about 19 miles, but obviously it can be improved with cycling manual. Connected to the socket, full charging takes about two hours.

Although the concept of electric bicycles is not something new, Brinco try to bring something new to the market through DNA "otai" offroad Bultaco. This bike is equipped with suspension "forks" inverted 7.9-inch in the front and 8.7 inches rear monoshock. Riders will also be able to stop immediately thanks to disc brakes on both ends. Everything is packaged into an aluminum frame and has a weight of 73 pounds (33.11 kg).

Besides some offroad capability, Bultaco also hopes to attract buyers by providing Brinco touch technology. When away from the bike, the owner can check the condition of the charging cycle from their smartphone, and a bicycle used as a key ring, instead of keys. Shipping in Europe starting in April next year at a price of € 4,800 including taxes.
