Mercedes GLE a challenger for BMW X6

Last month, Mercedes-Benz has shown the world the two versions of the 450 GLE Coupe AMG and Mercedes-AMG GLE63 S. These models represent the German brands BMW X6 to fight in the luxury crossover segment four-door coupe, including high-performance M version .

Not much separates the styling between the two versions of this GLE. Both have large wheel arches almost meet the edge of the floor space to create the appearance of a coupe, as we see in the picture above. On the front, there is a large air intake grille with a wide range of top space split by the traditional star of this brand. AMG version is tuned by AMG grille A-Wing. At the rear, there is a large rear lights wrap the car body and chrome strips. GLE version also added performance-tuned air diffuser and air outlets.

No matter where one version of any buyers choose, everything will get an impressive amount of power under the hood them. 450 AMG 3.0-liter engine mounted twin-turbo V6 with 362 horsepower and 384 pound-feet of torque with a nine-speed automatic transmission. For those who choose GLE63 will get a boost of power with a massive amount of 577 hp and 561 pound-feet of torque from the engine is a 5.5 liter twin-turbo V8 with seven-speed automatic gearbox. No matter the time of any one version, he will still get all-wheel drive system 4MATIC Mercedes.

Luxury crossover coupe segment is often seen as a segment that looks a bit awkward, but Mercedes clearly see that there is room for growth there.

How to? You excited?
