87K Kia Cerato called back in US
An electrical issue in 2014, Forte (Cerato Kia called in Malaysia) has encouraged Kia and US NHTSA to issue a callback (recall) to 86.880 pieces of vehicles across America.
The problem berpunca than the Kia conditioning fan barrier may be too hot find that melt, which would increase the risk of fire. Apparently, a fire in a train is not a good case, but it is applicable in kebuk combustion engine.
This issue affects units manufactured between December 5, 2012, and April 17, 2014. Owners Forte United States can expect Kia to manage their vehicle to a dealer nearby to get a replacement cooling fan fuse and once for units manufactured between 5 December 2012 and 27 January 2014. The 1.8 liter engined vehicles will also be formatted back their ECU while the works of the fan fuse and run.
