Volvo XC90 R-Design, a more sporty version of the XC90 in Detroit

2015 Volvo XC90 is a big transition for Volvo with a completely new platform underneath and Drive-E engine family as a new power. In 2015 Detroit Auto Show, these brands exhibited a more sporty version of the XC90 R-Design trim.

Mechanically, R-Design XC90 brings design, but changes to the crossover body makes it look more aggressive. The front grille was changed to a unit with horizontal slats, the air inlet duct lower redesigned incorporating additional air intake duct in the middle of producing a more aggressive style. Side mirror cover also paired matte silver cap. On the back of the car, the rectangular exhaust exactly narrowed down to the bottom. The version on display in Detroit this makes the overall design more attractive XC90 with blue satin finishes.
While the exterior views so no all, the interior also provides a feeling of luxury. Covered upholstery and leather Nappa Nubuck mix, and there are R-Design trim on gear knob, pedal, and footwear. Even infotainment system is also given a unique theme.
The XC90 is for buyers looking for a touch of Swedish sport in their cars, at least on the exterior. In any case, it seems interesting is not it? Share your thoughts in the comments below so.
